Aldo Behrens revisits KAFKA’S EPIC DRAMA with arguably one of Namibia’s best actors, David Ndjavera.

"If you are an ape in Africa and whilst drinking water towards sun set, you get caught by poachers to be resold to a Zoo or a Circus in Berlin, what would your reaction be?

TO LOOK FOR A WAY OUT! Not freedom, just a way out! And that ‘way out’ manifested itself in imitating your captors - smoking and drinking and even managing the odd ‘HELLO’ - to such an effective level, that becoming a Circus Artiste
seems the most logical decision. Rather that, than a Zoo, which will just become another cage."

‘n uitsoekensemble van 11 van die beste sangers van die Maranatha- en Mascatokore asook die orkes wat in “VOETE VAN ’N GEMSBOK” en “SAY SJIBBOLET” sukses behaal het Verwerkings deur: Betsie van Wyk, Jacus Krige KALAHARIKRISMIS vertel die kersstorie soos dit dalk werklik gebeur het, soos wat dit in die woestyne aan die Suidweskus van Afrika, die Kalahari en sy ietwat ouer buurman, die Namib, vertel behoort te word: “Maria het die Kindjie in ‘n karossie toegerol; En Hy se eer staat die duine vol.”
